This 12-week online experience is inspired by The Artist’s Way and created for anyone who feels called to reconnect with their creativity, intuition, imagination, and authentic self-expression.

This is not a class or a course.

It is a weekly hypnosis and meditation companion designed to support you as you move through The Artist’s Way at your own pace.

Each week, you will receive a link to a guided hypnosis or meditation connected to that week’s theme. These recordings are created to help you integrate the work on a deeper level, beyond just reading, thinking, or journaling.

The purpose is to support the part of you that may feel blocked, afraid, disconnected, overthinking, uninspired, or unsure how to begin again.

This is not about being a professional artist.
